What is the cost of therapy without insurance?

Initial assessments are $200 per assessment. Individual sessions are $175 per session. All services are conducted via Telehealth on an easy-to-use, HIPAA-secure video platform. I do accept several insurances. Please check with your insurance provider to ensure you are fully aware of your financial responsibility.

Cancellations: A 24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If the appointment is cancelled with less than a 24-hour notice, a $90 cancellation fee will be charged.

What is the first session like?

In our initial session, we’ll focus on building a foundation of trust and comfort while exploring the therapeutic process and gathering key information to support your journey. Each session is designed to be a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can express your thoughts and emotions freely.

What is the cost of case consultations or clinical supervision?
